Delegating tasks to your teams and lead them in a smart and engaging way to ensure results are delivered as expected.
This is the perfect opportunity to identify your weaknesses and outsource them to other capable people who will do a much better job than you.
You don’t want your business to have a single point of failure.
If something were to happen to you or when you need to take time off to focus on something else, your online business must continue to function without you being there.
